STAGE 1: DIAGNOSE
AI Maturity Diagnostic
A two to three week assessment that tells you where AI is worth doing in your business, where it is not, and what has to change first. Fixed fee, fixed scope, written recommendation.

WHAT THIS IS
The problem
Most organisations start with a vendor and work backwards to a use case. That is how you end up with a licence nobody uses and a business case written after the purchase order.

The diagnostic runs the other way round. We look at how your operation actually works, where the cost and the delay sit, what your data can support, and what your people will accept. Then we tell you what is worth building, in what order, and what it is likely to return.
Who this is for
Executive teams under pressure to have an AI plan
You need a defensible position for the board, grounded in your operations rather than in market noise.

Private equity operating partners
You need an independent read on a portfolio company's AI opportunity before capital is allocated.

Operations and technology leaders
You have more requests than budget and need a ranked list with commercial reasoning behind it.
What we do
Structured interviews with process owners across the functions in scope
Process mapping to find where cost, delay and manual handling actually accumulate
Data readiness assessment against the priority use cases
Review of your current technology estate and what it can already support
Benchmarking against comparable deployments in your sector
Commercial modelling on the shortlist, including the assumptions the numbers depend on
Risk assessment covering operational resilience, compliance exposure and workforce impact
What you get
Process mapping workshops with operational leads
Data availability and quality assessment per process
Benchmarking against comparable operational AI deployments
Technology landscape review for relevant use cases
Risk assessment including operational resilience and workforce impact
Written roadmap with implementation specifications
ENGAGEMENT PATHWAY
After the diagnostic
The diagnostic stands on its own. You can take the roadmap and run it internally, put it out to tender, or bring us in for Stage 2. There is no obligation and no bundled implementation revenue on our side, which is the point.
