1. Services Provided
MultiplyChain provides strategic AI advisory, vendor assessment, and performance monitoring services. Our advice is independent and objective, aimed at assessing commercial value and technology reliability. We do not sell proprietary software or receive vendor commissions.
2. Use of Services
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in connection with your business operations. You are responsible for providing accurate data and context required for our assessments. Access to our SignalCrux monitoring solution is subject to specific licensing terms.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed, all methodologies, frameworks, and tools used by MultiplyChain remain our exclusive intellectual property. Client deliverables are for the internal use of your organization only.
4. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for precision, AI technology is probabilistic. MultiplyChain provides advisory based on current technical snapshots and cannot be held liable for third-party vendor failures or data instability.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
